Pay range= $27-$37/ hour
Our team has opportunities for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for the 2026–2027 school year! Responsibilities

Implement therapeutic activities and provide care in alignment with student IEPs

Support the supervising Occupational Therapist (OT) in their work activities

Assist in the assessment of students’ fine motor skills and functional deficits

Attend IEP meetings and provide progress reports as needed

Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success

Maintain accurate therapy records, documentation, and necessary equipment/supplies

Requirements

Entry-level degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting from an accredited program

Passing score on the NBCOT exam

Active state license or eligibility for licensure

Strong communication and collaboration skills

School-based experience preferred, but not required
