School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist

Pay range: $60,500-$75,000 annually/$44-54 hourly

Full-time applicants are eligible for up to a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Our team has an opportunity for an SLP to cover subsequent FMLAs in Harford County Public Schools through Spring 2026! Quantum Resource Professionals is a leading provider of contract therapy services, dedicated to supporting schools with highly skilled educators. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Provide therapy to qualifying students
Prepare reports and attend meetings (e.g., evaluation/progress reports, IEP meetings, case management meetings)
Provide training and education to family/caregivers and other professionals
Work collaboratively with professionals in many other disciplines

Requirements:
M.S./M.A. in Communication Sciences/Disorders – Speech Pathology
