Quantum Education Professionals is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based placements. These opportunities are in-person and available in a variety of school settings.

Salary: $75,000 – $95,000
Hourly: $49 – $69
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500

BCBA Position Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Develop and implement function-based intervention plans
Oversee and analyze data collection to assess therapy effectiveness
BCBA Position Qualifications
BCBA certification required
At least one year of experience as a BCBA preferred, especially in school-based or ASD settings
Leadership experience preferred, including supervising RBTs
